The event theme was “Roadmap 2025 | Power of Workforce Reimagined”. The conclave aimed to address societal and business implications of the fourth industrial revolution with the drastic shifts in technology and human capital.
Founder Director Nidhi Goyal addressed the audience as a Keynote Speaker on “Keynote for Roadmap 2025: what does the future have in store?”
She brought out the invisibilization of disabled people within corporate spaces and urged for building a broader and deeper understanding and focus on inclusion.
The conclave was attended by 150 senior Human Resources leaders whose role is to ensure human resources is ready and has a roadmap for 2025 and how HR can be the anticipator for business and how human resources can change gears and create a future workplace.
