The Movement of Positivity organised the National Summit On Leadership In Positivity and Positivity Awards 2022 on 18 November 2022 in New Delhi. Founder and Executive Director Nidhi Goyal participated in a panel titled ‘Unto the Last: Equality in Practice’ alongside Ms. Upasana Arora (Director, Yashoda Hospitals), Shri Jagannatha Kumar (CEO Reliance Foundation, Mumbai), Ms. Rani Patel (President, Aarohan, NGO), Ms. Surashree Rahane (Founder & CEO, Year Book Canvas) and chaired by Shri Amitabh Kant (Sherpa of G20, Former CEO at NITI Aayog).

Nidhi talked about the importance of inclusion and diversity in going forward on the path to social progress. She especially emphasised the role of accessibility and including disabled women and youth in initiatives that are meant to serve women and youth overall.

She also talked about the need to challenge stigma and prejudiced voices as we move ahead, to ensure that progressive policies and laws become a reality.
