On the 14th of July, the Blue Ribbon Movement of the Gender Lab invited founder, director, Rising Flame, Nidhi Goyal for a training on gender, sexuality and disability. There were six participants and the founder of the Blue Ribbon Movement, Akshat Singhal.
The training comprised of giving the participants a holistic understanding of gender, sex and sexuality through the disability training models of medical, social and charity. The participants were very keen to understand how they could incorporate ideas of disability and sexuality in their trainings in schools across Bombay and introduce ideas of accessibility and inclusivity to the children.
