Dalal Street Lit Fest Exchange 2018

On 19 December 2018, the Bombay Stock Exchange organized the Dalal Street Lit Fest Exchange, a two-day long fest to exchange words, ideas, thoughts, art through finance and literature.

Founder Director Nidhi Goyal was invited to speak on the panel, “Inclusivity in the Work Space” alongside Reshma Qureshi, blogger, model and anti – acid activist; Shuchi Kapoor, author; Tania Singh, CEO Make Love not Scars and Harish Iyer, LGBTQIA+ rights activist.

With a participation of more than 100 people at the fest, the panel discussed the key issues of discrimination in the work space faced by diverse identities and the need to deliberate upon the meaning of inclusion to ensure no one is left behind no matter what their gender, caste, class, disability, sexual orientation is.
